There are three major developments in connection to the Afghan peace process: US-Taliban talks along with intra-Afghan dialogue, the change in the mindset in Kabul towards Islamabad, and the near willingness of the regional and global powers to resolve the conflict, according to senior journalist Hassan Khan, who was speaking at Afghan Studies Center’s 24th Pak-Afghan Youth Dialogue to youth from the two countries in Islamabad.
Afghan Studies Center is a platform aimed at bridging the gap between the youth of Pakistan and Afghanistan and promoting academic, cultural and sports exchanges between them so they can become leaders of change and messengers of peace for the region.
