Under its internship and fellowship program, Afghan Studies Center welcomes its second Afghan intern, Hiwad Ullah from Jalalabad, Afghanistan. Hiwad Ullah attained his schooling from Char Bagh Safa High School, Sorkh Road disrict, Afghanistan. He moved to Islamabad in 2013 and is now pursuing his BS International Relations from International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI). Under the Afghan Studies Center internship program, Hiwad Ullah has been given the opportunity to conduct research on any issues of his interest relevant to the Pak-Afghan region which will be published on the ASC website at the conclusion of his internship period.
